New Condition/3+ Month Patient Visit

Service Description

History and examination of the new chief complaint or flare-up of an existing "old" condition. This is indicative of pain >5 out of 10, progression to the upper or lower extremities, with a duration of >50-75% of the time. You will receive an updated treatment plan, chiropractic adjustment as needed, and therapies which can include inter-segmental traction &, E-Stim. You will also receive individualized exercises & a treatment plan to get you back on track! This visit could take up to 30 minutes depending on severity.
